EXTENDED LICENCE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: May 10, 2026 (This license applies to all products downloaded or purchased on or after this date).

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and 3DMILITARYASSETS LLC ("Licensor") for the digital assets accompanying this license. By downloading, installing, or using these assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENCE

Upon purchase, 3DMILITARYASSETS LLC grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the digital assets in Personal, Commercial, and Mod-Resale projects.

Approved uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Video games and interactive software.
  • Animations, films, and video productions.
  • Digital art, advertising, and design projects.
  • Modding for games (e.g., Arma 3, DayZ, GTA V, Tarkov, etc.). Under this Extended Licence, you are explicitly permitted to modify and resell these assets as standalone game mods.

2. RESTRICTIONS

While resale as a game mod is permitted, you are strictly prohibited from the following actions:

  • No Raw File Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer the digital assets in their original, unmodified form as standalone 3D source files (e.g., on 3D asset marketplaces). The assets must be compiled, formatted, or packaged as part of a mod or project.
  • No Claim of Ownership: You may not claim the original assets, meshes, or textures as your own intellectual property for resale or distribution.
  • No Third-Party Sharing of Source Files: You may not share or provide the raw source products to third parties without express written permission from 3DMILITARYASSETS LLC.

3. OWNERSHIP

  • All digital assets remain the sole property of 3DMILITARYASSETS LLC.
  • This purchase grants you a license to use and monetize the assets as game mods, but does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original files, meshes, or textures to you.

4. ATTRIBUTION

  • Attribution is legally required for any commercial, personal, or mod-resale use under this license.
  • You must provide a clear credit to 3DMA (www.3dmilitaryassets.com) in your project's documentation, credits, or visibly on the product/mod page.
  • Enforcement: 3DMILITARYASSETS LLC reserves the right to issue a DMCA takedown notice and remove any project that fails to provide proper attribution, even if the Extended Licence has been purchased.

5. TERMINATION & LEGAL

  • Violating any of the restrictions mentioned in Section 2 or failing to adhere to the attribution requirements in Section 4 will result in the immediate termination of your license.
  • 3DMILITARYASSETS LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action and claims for damages resulting from license infringement.
