2. COMMERCIAL LICENCE (Standard Commercial)

This license is for integration into commercial media where the 3D model is baked into the final product and not accessible to the end-user.

ALLOWED:

• Everything in the Standard License.
• Use in commercial indie games, animations, renders, or monetized videos (YouTube, etc.).
• Use in promotional materials and advertising.

PROHIBITED:

• Distributing, sub-licensing, or selling the 3D model files, even if modified.
• Selling the asset as a game mod (e.g., GTA, Roblox, Assetto Corsa) or in a digital asset marketplace.

3. EXTENDED LICENCE

This premium license is explicitly designed for creators who wish to modify our assets and sell those modifications as game mods.

ALLOWED:

• Everything in the Commercial License.
• Modifying the 3D asset and selling the modified version as a game mod (e.g., for GTA, FiveM, Roblox) for profit.
• Using the asset in projects where the files might be accessible to end-users (within the context of a game mod).

PROHIBITED:

• Selling or distributing the exact, unmodified raw files as a standalone product.
• Claiming original authorship of the base 3D model. Proper credit to 3DMA (www.3dmilitaryassets.com) must be given in your product description.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS (Apply to ALL Tiers)

Regardless of the license purchased, you must adhere to the following rules:

• No Marketplaces: You may never resell the raw, unmodified 3D files on any 3D asset marketplace (e.g., CGTrader, ArtStation, TurboSquid).
• No False Authorship: You may never claim the original, unmodified 3D model as your own creation.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: You may never share the files for free in public forums, Discord servers, or file-hosting websites.
• Asset Security: You must take reasonable measures to ensure the assets are protected and cannot be easily ripped, extracted, or reverse-engineered from your final project.
• Right to Takedown: We reserve the right to issue a DMCA takedown against any game, server, or project that becomes a major leak point facilitating the unauthorized extraction and illegal distribution of our files.
